Avoid contact with salt water, chlorine, hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up, and perfume.
All of these can blacken the jewelry over time.
If it does blacken- don’t worry! You can use our guide on how to clean your jewelry and the jewelry will return to its original state.

Sure! Our warranty is valid for one year and covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear, or stone loss.

Save your order confirmation email, which is your warranty.

If you want to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note that the products must be the same as received.
Customers must include their name and order number on the package.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and eventual customs charges.
Also, you can bring the products to our studio by appointment.
